Exchanges & Returns
Refunds or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase. Send your package pre-paid freight to us, stating whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. If an exchange is requested, please state the size and item number of your desired exchange. Please, include your phone number and/or email address so that we may be able to reach you.

New Order: Orders under $99.00 - $3.99 flat rate shipping. Orders $99.00 and over - $6.99 flat rate shipping. Shipping fee applies to shipments within the continental United States. Please call for shipping to other destinations.Returns: If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We do not reimburse you for the original shipping charges. We will reimburse you for the cost of the item only.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We do not reimburse original shipping charges. The replacement item will also be charged shipping as well.
Incorrect Orders: If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for shipping costs to replace the item.
Credits: A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may take up to 2 billing periods for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
