Superior corn packs are a natural, non-toxic, green, earth friendly way to soothe your pain.
Instructions: Remove pack from sleeve. Just warm in the microwave for a few minutes on each side and they stay warm for hours.
The first two or three times you warm up your corn pack, the bag and the microwave walls may be damp. As the initial moisture cooks out you may wrap a hand towel to draw the moisture out faster. DON'T OVERHEAT. Hand wash.
